MTC plans under the new Covid-19 Protection Framework

From 3rd December 2021, the new Covid-19 Protection Framework will be in place.

As we are based in Northland, we will start under the Red Light settings. This limits who we can have in the office and how client meetings will look going forward.

We hope that under Orange and Green, we can reassess the measures we have chosen, but at this stage we will have to go forward as detailed below.

The decision we have made is to protect our staff, and families. As most of our clients know, our office is home based, and with this in mind we don't want to expose our families to any undue risks.

We definitely do not agree with any of the segregation that has come about, and this has also meant that the changes we are making will be across the board for all clients.

So from 3rd December 2021 - all client meetings will be conducted via zoom, phone or in person at a local café or available venue. For in person meetings, this means ourselves and clients would need to meet the requirements of the venue to be able to meet there.

While this may not be ideal for all, it is the best option we have while we are under the Red Light settings of the Protection Framework.

We ask that all clients please respect the decision we have made in how to carry out client meetings going forward. These decisions are not easy for any business out there, but it is a fine line between being able to trade and provide services in a limited capacity or not at all.

If any of our clients are struggling with making similar decisions for their business, please touch base with one of the team. We will be happy to talk it through with you and help you to come to the right decision that will work for your business.

As always, we are here to help and support you!

Thanks - Haley & the team.
