From a one-woman venture to a thriving team
My Two Cents began in 2014, when Haley Reyners turned her love of numbers (and helping people) into a small business that offered flexibility, balance, and purpose. With over 20 years in finance, a strong sense of community, and a knack for making "accountant-speak" human, Haley quickly built a loyal client base. Today, we’re a team of 11 women who love what we do and who we do it for.

Haley Reyners
PROFESSIONAL TAX & BUSINESS ADVISOR ATAINZ
Haley leads the charge with passion, experience, and a love of solving business puzzles. She’s a ICNZB Master Bookkeeper® and tax advisor with with 20+ years in finance. Haley is passionate about helping clients achieve the three big freedoms: time, financial, and peace of mind. She’s also the queen of breaking down complex accounting talk into everyday language.
Phia Venter
PRACTICE MANAGER & CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT CAANZ
Phia is our behind-the-scenes powerhouse with a knack for keeping things running smoothly. A Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Management Studies, she brings experience from big firms, small practices, and everything in between. Originally from Namibia, Phia now lives in Rolleston with her family. On weekends, she’s cheering from the sidelines or enjoying a braai with friends.
Natalie Fronczyk
ACMA, CGMA (CHARTERED GLOBAL MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT)
Natalie is one of our amazing Business Advisory Specialists and a qualified accountant through CIMA UK. She brings serious corporate finance experience and small business know-how, having run her own business in Mangawhai. She loves helping clients create financially sustainable businesses – and when she’s not doing that, she’s baking or at the beach with her dog.
Maris Holt
ASSOCIATE TAX & BUSINESS ADVISOR ATAINZ
Maris is our other Business Advisory and Charity superstar. Originally from North Carolina, she has a Master's in Accounting and a strong background in auditing and not-for-profits. She’s passionate about helping clients plan, grow, and take their businesses to the next level. When she’s not crunching numbers, she’s out surfing the Northland coastline.
Mackyla Worsell
CERTIFIED BOOKKEEPER ICNZB
Mackyla is an ICNZB Certified Bookkeeper with a background in both farming and hairdressing (a woman of many talents!). She’s been part of the My Two Cents team since 2018 and loves the variety that comes with supporting small businesses. She’s also Xero Advisor and Xero Payroll Certified. Outside of work, she’s kept on her toes by her three kids and a flock of pampered Valais sheep!
Tiffany Jackson
CERTIFIED BOOKKEEPER ICNZB
Tiff brings a calm and practical approach to bookkeeping, thanks to her background in administration across early childhood, construction, and marine industries. She’s ICNZB Certified, Xero Certified, and WorkflowMax Certified – and when she’s not bookkeeping, she’s likely out horse riding or boating and spending time with her friends and family.
Jo Jury
CERTIFIED BOOKKEEPER ICNZB, DEBTOR & PAYROLL SPECIALIST
Jo is our go-to for debtor management and cash flow support. She’s a Certified Bookkeeper, Xero Certified Advisor and Paidnice Specialist. Jo loves helping small businesses get paid faster and keep their finances humming along smoothly. She’s also living her rural dream up north with her family and animals.
Sue Fountain
BOOKKEEPER & CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT CAANZ
Sue is a Chartered Accountant who prefers to work as a bookkeeper because she loves the detail and building close client relationships. With a strong background in accounting, HR, and business advisory, she brings a wide lens to every client she works with. And yes, she has two ginger cats living their best lives in Mangawhai.
Elizabeth Farley

Elizabeth joined MTC after years of working as a self-employed bookkeeper (and part-time dog walker!). She lives in Mangawhai with her Cavoodle Chester and brings 18 years of experience, Xero and Xero Payroll Certification, and a knack for making things flow smoothly. Bonus points if there’s a flat white involved.
Tracy Hutchinson

Tracy works remotely from an avocado orchard in Katikati, where she lives with her family and a bunch of animals. She’s ICNZB Certified, super experienced in admin, and loves the flexibility of bookkeeping from home. Her favourite things? Helping clients, fishing, and pottering around the orchard.
Kassandra Best
BOOKKEEPER
Kassandra brings over a decade of experience in accounts, payroll, HR, and customer service—particularly in the electrical and hospitality sectors. Confident in Xero (including payroll) and backed by a certificate in HR, she’s known for her organisation, attention to detail, and get-it-done attitude. Originally from sunny Queensland, Kassandra now lives in Helensville with her partner and their four kids, where they’re a proud rugby-mad family.

Charlotte is our admin superstar. Formerly a travel agent, she now keeps our team on track and the behind-the-scenes magic flowing. She lives in Mangawhai with her family and loves a good to-do list. Without Charlotte, the phones don’t ring and the calendars don’t work – she’s that essential!
