Sonja lives in the sunny but windy Marlborough regions, in Blenheim. First immigrating from South Africa in 2014 she is now a proud Kiwi citizens. Married to a Tradesman, who together have 2 daughters and are foster parents to a little boy since 2019.
She loves bookkeeping and prides herself on providing a personalised approach to what she does, to ensure a good understanding of the person’s business to identify the best way to help. She says "it's the best feeling in the world when someone trusts you to assist them in their bookkeeping needs".

What do you do at My Two Cents?
I am a certified Bookkeeper responsible for allocated clients bookkeeping and GST.
How long have you been with My Two Cents?
I only recently joined the team in January 2023.
What do you love about being an all female team?
The compassion the girls have for one another and the support they are providing.
If you weren't doing your current job, what would you like to do?
I cannot see myself doing anything else than Bookkeeping.
What's your favourite guilty pleasure?
Living in Marlborough I do enjoy a glass of white wine and as a South African I do enjoy a “Braai” over open flames.
